Progress?

I have deleted and re downloaded it many time but every time I have to restart and its really annoying. On most games it lets you connect to Facebook or Game Center and through that you can get all your progress back.please let me get my progress back other wise this game is a really good game of course it has some fixer uppers but that can be easily managed please fix my problem and Im sure is other peoples problem too
