No customer care. Be warned
I had fun in the beginning of this game but found that it quickly became repetitive and the grind becomes ridiculous after a short while. I tried to log in a few days ago and it said I had been temporarily banned from the game for misuse, or taking advantage of game bugs. I tried to contact the company to see what I had done wrong and why I had been banned. After being led in circles I eventually found where I could email customer care, and was advised that nobody on their team would be reading the emails. Instead, that a computer would sort the email I send, and then post the answers to general queries on the FAQ portion of their website (**Note that their was no info on how to reach a human in customer care, or any helpful info about my situation**). Fortunately, I hadnt spent real money on the game and decided that I didnt want to invest money OR TIME into a game that has absolutely no care for their players (or "customers"). Have fun with the games you choose to play, but beware of who your concerns (and money) are being sent to. Cheers
